  • Photography clients receive it on the day. Standalone bookings can arrange Melbourne collection, local delivery or tracked postage. Postage is charged separately.

  • Highlight Reels are delivered within three business days. Documentary Films are delivered within 30–45 days.

  • Highlight Reels are approximately 45 seconds to two minutes. Documentary Film length depends on the usable footage captured.

  • Yes. Share a song or general direction, or leave the selection to ISO25.

  • Yes. They are delivered through a private Pixieset gallery and remain available for 60 days.

  • One round of minor revisions is included. Feedback must be submitted together within seven days of delivery.
